E-mail Accounts
Creative NewMedia can create individual E-mail Accounts for companies or for personal use quickly and efficiently.

E-mail Forwarding
E-mail messages can be forwarded automatically to a maximum of 20 alternate addresses, if required. This is useful when people leave the organization, are temporarily located at another site, or if it is necessary to forward mail to a whole group of people e.g. the sales department.
Alias Accounts
An Alias Account can be used as an e-mail alternative to your user name. Let's say you have a small business (1 or 2 employees) and you basically do it all (marketing, sales, shipping...). Rather than having 3 different e-mail accounts going to 3 different mailboxes, you could simplify things by having three alias accounts all routed to the same mailbox.

A Holiday Message is an automatic reply to mail messages sent to users who are on vacation or away from their computer for a few days, a week, a month ...
Auto Responders
An Auto Responder automatically sends a reply message to anyone who sends mail to it. This can be very beneficial if you receive a high number of inquiries regarding a specific topic e.g. product information.
Mailing List Services
It is always good business practice to keep track of who's buying or who's interested in your products and services. As your database of clients and prospects grows, it may be helpful to take advantage of our Mailing List Services. We can set up an e-mail address that, when mailed to, sends a message to each individual person included in the list. For example, let's say you have a list of 1000 customers with e-mail addresses who have asked to be notified when new products arrive. We could supply you with a specific e-mail address such as list@yourcompany.com, and anytime you send a message to the address, an individual message is sent to everyone in the list.
Mail Robots
Incoming mail messages can be used to run application programs, sometimes called executables or robots. This can be extremely useful if you want to remotely trigger a program, simply by sending an e-mail to the appropriate address. When a message is received, the specified program is started. One example of this would be having an e-mail message trigger a pager or messaging service.
Remote Account Configuration
It's easy to edit your account setup. If at anytime you would like to change your password, add a holiday message or plan message, or change where your mail is forwarded to, we can make changes or you can make them through the World Wide Web at any time.
